the basic methods and materials must be understood as well.

can conduct TRAINING SEMINARS to introduce your personnel to Roofing Systems, Job Set-up, Materials Handling, Construction
Equipment, and Roofing Application Procedures. Properly trained personnel can then contribute in-house talents to your ROOF
MANAGEMENT PLAN, including Preventative Maintenance, Repair Procedures, Warranty Claims, and Inspection Procedures.
ROOF DESIGN WORKS, INC. actively attends and contributes to training courses
to maintain the highest level of expertise in the roofing industry. As a result we have provided similar training to Maintenance
Personnel. We have conducted seminars in conjunction with the University of Tennessee/Knoxville which were approved for Continuing
Education Units (CEU's). According to your requirements, seminars may be structured to offer training in roofing topics on
a regular, or on an as-needed basis. Once the designated personnel have completed adequate training, Roof Design Works,
Inc. can direct and monitor their actual roofing repairs in the field.
